Try something new TUESDAY!


Whether it's a new food, new workout or a new route to work...Do something out of the ordinary today! Boredom is one of the main causes of becoming sedentary in life. Becoming sedentary means your health can start to deteriorate! Change up your daily routine! Add a little spark to your everyday and watch it catch fire to the rest of your life! Don't just go through the motions of the day! Deliberatley choose the motions you make and enjoy them! A small ripple can become a HUGE wave!

Sit outside in the morning and have your coffee listening to the birds.

Go for a walk at lunch.

Never had sushi? TRY IT!!!

Are you able to bike or walk to work? DO IT!!!!
