Sure you do! Try this quick routine 3-4 times a week to get you rolling into a healthier routine! All you need is your living room, phone to use as a timer or you can count and maybe some music to get you grooving!!!!
15 seconds Jumping Jacks
15 seconds Push Ups
15 Second Plank Hold
15 Seconds Skaters
15 Seconds Pop squats
15 Second Plank Jacks
Last set add 10 Burpees for an extra challenge!
Do this 4 times as fast as possible with a 2 minute rest between sets!
