Hey everyone!

This KETO thing is taking OVER!!!! High fat, moderate protein and low carb! I went on this plan for about 3.5 weeks. I saw results, I felt great I just couldn't maintain the balance of macro's easily. Some people SWEAR by this nutritional plan and can easily maintain it I sadly was not one of them. I do think it is a healthy way to shed fat and maintain weightloss IF you are getting those fats from a healthy source. It definitly helped me get rid of a few stubborn pounds!

DO get fats from avocado's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fish, MCT OIL etc

DON'T rely solely on bacon, cheese and more bacon
